Mahavir Hanuman Developer

Our place, Mahavir Hanuman Developer, is at 16/17 in the Sector 41 C Block Market. It’s a typical market shop where we have our office. There are always people moving around the market, getting groceries or stopping at the other shops. We have been here for a while and have seen the sector grow up around us. We deal with developing properties, which mostly means we spend time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. The office is usually a bit messy with rolls of drawings and some samples of tiles or bricks sitting in the corner. It isn't a polished showroom, just a place where we do the actual work. We spend a lot of time on site too, so sometimes the office is just one person sitting there while the rest of us are out. People from the neighborhood stop in to ask about new projects or if we have any land available. We don't use a lot of big words to explain things. We just tell people what we are building and when it might be finished. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things are moving along properly. The C Block Market is a good home for us because everyone knows where it is. We are just local builders trying to do a decent job with the projects we have on our plate, keeping things simple and real.
