The office for Jakasa Homes & Houses Pvt. Ltd. is over at Ugf-7 in Ocean Plaza. If you know Sector 18, you know it gets pretty crowded with people coming and going all day. We are on the upper ground floor, so you don't have to walk up too many stairs, which is nice when it is hot outside. Most days start with opening up the shutters and seeing who is already out in the plaza. It is a decent spot. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up but being on the UGF means we don't really mind. Sector 18 has a lot of energy. You see the same faces every morning getting tea or just heading to work. We spend a lot of time just handling the paperwork and talking to folks who stop by. It isn't a fancy setup, just a regular workplace where things get done. The sign for Ocean Plaza is easy to spot from the road. Inside, it's just us at Jakasa. We've been at this address for a while now. The desk is usually covered in folders and there is always a pot of water or tea somewhere. It gets a bit noisy when the traffic picks up outside in the afternoon. Sec 18 always has something going on. We just stay focused on the tasks we have for the day. It's a straightforward place to work and we like being right here in the middle of everything.
