We are based out of Plot No. GH-02 in Sector 107. This part of the sector is still developing, so there’s a lot of dust and construction noise around us. Our office is more like a site office than a corporate headquarters. It’s where we keep all the plans and where we meet with the foremen and the buyers. Sector 107 is an interesting area because it’s changing so fast. We spend our days looking at timelines and making sure the supplies arrive on time. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of mud on our shoes and phone calls that go on for too long. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy brochures for us. We just show people what’s being built and tell them the facts. The office is usually a bit of a mess with all the blueprints and samples of tiles or bricks laying around. We try to stay organized, but when things get busy, that’s the first thing to go. People come by to see the progress of the projects, and we just give them the honest update, even if it’s not what they want to hear about a rain delay. It’s just a bunch of us working on these plots, trying to get the structures up and the work done properly. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the drill.
