G S Property

We are G S Property, and you can find us at Shop No 5 in the Alaknanda Shopping Complex. Our shop is in Sector 28, and we are quite near Lord Mahavira School, which most people use as a landmark to find us. Being in a shopping complex means there is always a lot going on around us. We have been in this shop for a good while now, and we have gotten to know many of the local residents. We handle property matters for folks in and around Sector 28. We are not a big company with a lot of branches. It is just us in Shop No 5. We don't go for any of that corporate style or polished presentations. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, which they often are. We spend a lot of time looking at different properties and trying to figure out what would suit people best. It is a lot of walking and talking, but we enjoy it. The area around Lord Mahavira School is a nice place to work. We don't have any fancy mission statements; we just try to get the job done and be as helpful as possible with the local property listings. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the shopping complex, but we like the hustle and bustle. We are just a local business doing what we do best, right here in Alaknanda Shopping Complex.
