Our office is located at 161 in the Ganga Shopping Complex, which is over in Sector 29, Block III. It’s a busy little area and we’ve been here long enough that the shopkeepers nearby are all familiar faces. Working out of a shopping complex means there's always someone walking past. We handle various property matters for people living around Noida. It’s mostly just sitting at the desk, taking calls, and then heading out to see sites when someone shows interest. The space is a bit cramped when more than three people are inside, but we make it work. We’ve got files stacked up from years of helping people buy or rent. It’s a practical business, nothing too complicated. We tell people what we know about the different blocks and what the prices are looking like lately. Sometimes it’s a bit slow, and we spend time tidying up the records. Other times, we're rushing from one end of the sector to the other. We don't use any high-tech systems, just our ledgers and some basic notes. It’s a local way of doing things. People know they can find us here most days of the week. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency, just one that people can talk to without any fuss. The office has seen a lot of people come and go, and we plan on staying right here in the complex for the long haul.
