We've been at G 37 in Sector 18 for a while now. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. Naresh Agarwal started this to help folks find places to stay or set up shops around this side of town. It’s mostly just us doing the paperwork and showing people around different buildings. We don't have a big fancy office, just the space here where we keep all the files and meet whoever drops by. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook and other days it’s pretty quiet, which is just how the property business goes. People come in looking for something specific, maybe a flat or a plot, and we see what’s available in the books. Dealing with developers can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we try to keep things moving along so nobody is waiting too long. It’s a small team, nothing too crazy. We know the streets around Sector 18 pretty well because we’re out there every day checking on things. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather is bad or traffic is a mess, but we get the job done. If you're walking past G 37, you'll see the sign. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New buildings go up and old ones get fixed. We just stay busy with the day-to-day work of managing properties and helping people settle in. It’s practical work and it keeps us occupied. There isn't much more to it than that.
