We are based at 12, Ward No. 8 in Sirathu. It’s a small town and our industrial unit is right in the heart of it. We’ve been here for a good while, running our manufacturing work from this address. The space is quite packed with machines and materials, so it’s not the most organized-looking place, but it works for us. We aren't a big factory with a lot of hierarchy. It’s just a group of us who know how to get the production lines moving every morning. Sirathu is a quiet place, but we keep our corner of it pretty busy with the noise of the machines. We don't have a dedicated sales team or anyone to answer the phones all day. Most of our time is spent on the floor, making sure everything is running like it should. We sell what we make to local people and some businesses in the nearby districts. It’s a lot of maintenance and hard work to keep the equipment in good shape. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole day fixing them instead of producing anything. That’s just the way it goes in this kind of business. We aren't looking for fame or to be the biggest industry in the state. We just want to provide jobs for a few local people and keep the business steady. It’s a straightforward life, and we are happy with that.
