Msce Buildcon Private Limited is located at Tf-003, Alpha-I, inside the Nqi Golf Course Plaza in Greater Noida. This part of Gautam Buddha Nagar is always moving. You can hear the sounds of the city and the traffic even from inside the plaza. Our office is on the third floor. It’s a functional space where we handle construction management and building projects. Greater Noida is full of big ideas and tall buildings, and we are right in the middle of it. We spend our hours looking over contracts and site maps. It can be quite a lot of work keeping everything organized. The plaza has a lot of other businesses too, so there is always a bit of a buzz around. We aren't into the whole corporate polish thing. We wear boots and carry tape measures because that is what the job actually involves. Sometimes we are in the office all day, and other times we are out at a site until late in the evening. It depends on what the project needs. The heat in Uttar Pradesh can be tough, especially when you are out on a concrete slab in the afternoon. We drink a lot of water and just get on with it. We’ve been operating out of Alpha-I for a while and have seen the area grow up around us. It’s a good place to be if you’re into building. We keep our paperwork simple and focus on the bricks.
