Our place is located over at H-183 in Alpha 2. If you are familiar with Greater Noida, you know it’s a fairly quiet area compared to some other parts of Gautam Budh Nagar. We have been MLD Projects Private Limited for some time now, working out of this house-turned-office setup. It’s a simple spot, nothing too flashy. Usually, you’ll find one or two of us here during the day while the rest are out at different sites. We do a lot of coordination from this address. The streets around here are wide, which is nice for parking. Sometimes it feels like Greater Noida is just one big construction zone, and we are just another small piece of that puzzle. We take things one day at a time. There is always some paperwork to file or a supplier to call. Managing projects means we are often on our phones or looking at maps. It's practical work. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few people who know how to get things done. Being in Uttar Pradesh means dealing with the heat in the summer, which can slow things down, but we push through. It’s just how we operate. No big speeches, just showing up and doing the work. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather, but we just deal with it. We’ve been here for a while and know how the neighborhood works. It’s a good base for us.
