You can find us at K 85 in Sector 12. It’s a pretty standard spot for an office like ours. We’ve been running Metler Projects for some time now. We don't really go for the high-end marketing stuff. Instead, we spend our time looking at project details and making sure the sites are running the way they should. The office is usually a bit noisy with phones ringing and people coming in and out. It’s not a quiet library, that's for sure. We handle a variety of projects, mostly involving local construction and development work. There are always challenges, like when a supplier forgets a delivery or the weather turns bad suddenly. We just deal with those things as they come up. Our team is a mix of older guys who have seen it all and some younger ones who are still learning the ropes. We don't have a fancy mission statement written on the wall. We just show up every day and do what needs to be done. It’s about keeping the projects on track without wasting anyone’s time. Sector 12 is a good home base for us. It’s easy enough for people to find. We try to be direct with everyone we work with. If there’s a problem, we talk about it and find a fix. That’s how we’ve always done things. It might not be polished, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and get the building work done right. It's how we manage to stay on top of our daily tasks. It works for us.
