Melius Promoters Private Limited

Our office is over in Sector 63, specifically at H-73 on the second floor. If you've been to Noida, you know how busy this part of Gautam Buddh Nagar gets during the day. We are in Suit No 201. It’s a decent space, nothing too over the top. Melius Promoters Private Limited has been operating from here for some time. We spend our mornings looking over plans and then usually head out to various sites around Uttar Pradesh. The traffic in Noida can be a real headache sometimes, especially around 201301, so we try to get our meetings done early. We aren't the type of people to sit in meetings all day talking about big ideas; we’d rather just get to the work. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff that comes with property and land. The office can get a bit cluttered with paperwork and maps, but that’s just how we work. It’s a practical setup for a practical job. We have a few desks and a small area for tea, which is where most of our decisions actually happen. It’s a local business through and through. We know the people in the building and the guys at the tea stall downstairs. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job with what we have. We don’t do much fancy advertising. Most days we are just happy to get through the to-do list and head home.
