Mda E&C India Private Limited is situated in Greater Noida at No. C-345 in the Xu2 sector. Greater Noida is a very planned out place, but it can feel a bit empty compared to the old cities like Delhi or Lucknow. Our office handles engineering and construction work. It’s a practical space filled with computers and large-scale maps of the Gautam Budh Nagar area. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints or being out on the field checking the actual construction progress. It’s a lot of technical stuff, so the conversations in the office are usually about load-bearing walls or electrical layouts. We aren't much for fancy words or promotional speeches. We just show up and do the work. The team is a mix of engineers and site supervisors who know the local terrain well. Working in Greater Noida means dealing with a lot of new regulations and specific zoning laws, so we stay busy keeping up with all that. It’s a bit of a trek for some of us to get to the office every morning, but the work is steady. We don't have a big marketing budget. We just rely on the fact that we finish our jobs on time. It’s a quiet, focused environment where we just get things done without too much distraction from the outside world.
