Matwama Construction Private Limited

We have been operating out of D-320 in Sector-63 for a while now. It is a busy part of Noida, and there is always some kind of noise or construction happening right outside our door. Matwama Construction is mostly just a group of us who know how to get things built without making a big scene about it. Our office is a practical place. You won't find fancy art on the walls or expensive leather chairs here. Instead, it is mostly filled with rolls of site plans, some old coffee mugs, and a lot of dust from the road. Some days the traffic in Sector-63 gets really loud, but after a few years, you just stop noticing it. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with suppliers or checking on how the concrete is setting at different sites around the city. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is what we know how to do. People in this neighborhood know where to find us if they need a wall put up or a new floor added to a building. We try to keep things as simple as possible. If a problem comes up at a project, one of us just grabs a helmet, hops on a bike, and goes to see what is going on. We don't really do long meetings or fancy presentations. We just look at the work schedule for the week and try to get it done.
