Manash Construction Private Limited is located in a flat in Gomti Nagar Extension in Lucknow. Our office is at Flat No. RH/605, Block-D, Sec-4, inside the Rohini Apartment. We decided to use this flat as our base because most of our work happens out on the actual construction sites anyway. Lucknow is growing very fast, especially in this extension area, so there are always new buildings going up nearby. We spend a lot of our time driving around the city to check on our laborers and make sure the supplies are being used correctly. The office in the apartment is where we keep all the blue prints and do the heavy paperwork. It is a lot quieter there than it is at the sites where there is always noise from machines and hammers. We are a small group of people and we have been at this for a while. The heat in Lucknow during the summer is really intense, so we try to start our outdoor work as early as possible before the sun gets too high. Sometimes we have problems with getting the right permits or the materials get delayed in transit, but that is just part of the job. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most people find us through word of mouth. We just focus on the building part and try to keep our clients satisfied with the work.
