Manakriti Buildicon Private Limited

The office for Manakriti Buildicon Private Limited is located over in Kulesra, Greater Noida, care of Lakshman Kumar. It is a bit out of the way for some, but it works well for being near our active sites. The area is still developing, so the roads can be a bit bumpy and there is always a lot of dust in the air. We do not have a big neon sign or anything; it is just a plain entrance where we do our business. Inside, it is mostly just desks, a few laptops, and a lot of printed schedules taped to the walls. We spend a good chunk of our day just making sure the right people are in the right places. It is a lot of logistics and sometimes things do not go according to plan. We have to deal with power cuts and water issues just like everyone else in the neighborhood. Usually, there is someone coming in to drop off a bill or ask for a job. We try to keep things organized, but it can get chaotic when we have multiple projects running at once. We usually eat lunch together at a small table in the back. It is not a corporate environment at all. We are just a group of people trying to build things properly and keep the costs from spiraling. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, especially during the summer heat.
