Malaxminarayan Infradevelopers Privatelimited is over in Greater Noida at O-317, Alpha-I, inside the Neelkanth Plaza. Being in a plaza means there is always something going on around us. Gautam Buddha Nagar is a big area and Alpha-I is right in the middle of a lot of development. Our office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and maps of the local lands. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the infra side of things, which means lots of phone calls and looking at big spreadsheets. The air conditioning in the plaza is okay, but we still keep a small fan on the desk just in case. Neelkanth Plaza is a 201301 address. We have a few people who come in to help with the paperwork and some who are always out in the field. It’s a bit of a revolving door here. We don't have any glossy brochures or fancy slogans on the walls. Mostly it is just calendar pages and phone numbers scribbled on scraps of paper. Sometimes we go downstairs to the local stalls to get some lunch or a quick tea. The office has a view of the street, so we can see the traffic getting worse every year as more people move to Greater Noida. It is a busy life but it is what we know how to do. We just keep our heads down and work.
