Mahodari Constructions Private Limited

Our office is over in Sector-72, Noida, specifically on the second floor of building B-103. It’s a busy area of Gautam Buddha Nagar, and there is always some kind of construction noise in the distance. Mahodari Constructions Private Limited is what we call ourselves, but really, we’re just a group of people who enjoy building things. The second floor isn't too high up, so we can see what's happening on the street below. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and samples of tiles or bricks scattered around. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, one of us will just look up from our desk and say hello. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the local authorities and making sure all the permits are in order. It’s a lot of running around, but that’s just the nature of construction in Uttar Pradesh. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, and that’s usually where we end up talking about the current projects. We don't have any big speeches about our values. We just try to make sure the walls are straight and the roofs don't leak. It’s simple, really. Some days are long, especially when we’re trying to meet a deadline, but we’re used to it by now. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized among all the paperwork and building materials.
