Magnate Construction And Promoters Private Limited is run out of a small shop in Sector 121. We are specifically located at Shop Number LGF07 in the W-Block of the Homes 121 complex. It’s a busy little spot and we spend most of our time there going over site plans and talking to folks about their building needs. We aren't a huge outfit with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who have been in the construction and promotion business for a while now. Most days involve a lot of running around to different sites and checking on progress. Building things takes a lot of patience and there is always something that needs fixing or adjusting at the last minute. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just build stuff and try to make sure the buildings are solid enough for people to live in. Being in Sector 121 means we are right in the middle of a lot of new activity. It’s interesting to see how the neighborhood changes every year. We've seen a lot of people move in and out of this area. Our shop is easy to find if you're already in the W-Block. We usually have a lot of papers scattered around the desk because there is always some new regulation or plan to look at. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way.
