Magic Tent & Caterer

We’ve been setting up tents and doing the cooking here for a while now. If you head over to Vasundhara Plaza, specifically in the Lsc Building near Deluxe Apartments, that’s where you’ll find our office. It’s Sw-2 in the Vardhman block. We started this because we liked working with people and making sure their parties had enough shade and decent food. Usually, it's just us coordinating with the kitchen and the guys putting up the poles. We don't have a big fancy office, just the space at Sw-2 where we keep the records and meet folks to talk about their events. It gets busy during the wedding season, so the phones ring a lot, but we try to keep things organized. Usually, we are out at the sites more than we are at the desk. We handle the tables, the chairs, and the large outdoor covers when people need them. The catering part keeps us on our toes too. It’s hard work, especially when the weather isn't helping, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We know the neighborhood well around Vasundhara. If you are coming by, the landmark is the Deluxe Apartments across the street, which makes us pretty easy to spot. We just focus on getting the job done so the event happens like it’s supposed to. It’s nothing fancy, just honest work and making sure people have what they need for their gatherings. Sometimes we run out of chairs or a dish takes longer than expected, but we always find a way to fix it.
