M. Ramraj Construction Private Limited

We are based out of G-43 in Sector 3, Noida. It’s an area that has a lot of small businesses and workshops, so it always feels productive around here. The pincode is 201301. Our office for M. Ramraj Construction Private Limited isn't very large, but it fits what we need. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our records and a main area where we meet to talk about ongoing construction sites. Noida can be a bit of a maze, but Sector 3 is pretty easy to navigate once you know the landmarks. We’ve been here for a bit, and the office has that lived-in feel. There are always blueprints rolled up in the corners and maybe some dust from the road outside. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make the place look like a magazine cover. It’s a working office. Most of the day is spent handling calls from foremen or dealing with supply deliveries. The air conditioner works okay most of the time, which is a relief in the summer heat. We usually eat lunch together at our desks while talking about what needs to be finished by the end of the week. It's a simple life of managing projects and making sure the workers have what they need. We don't use big words to describe what we do; we just build things and manage the process from this little spot.
