Lonar Buildcon Private Limited

Lonar Buildcon Private Limited is a small outfit located over at E-155 on the first floor in Sector 63. We are mostly out on site during the day but this is where we keep all the files and samples. Construction is a noisy business and our office usually has the sound of the street coming through the windows. We aren't a big company with a receptionist and a fancy coffee machine. It is mostly just us sitting around a table covered in blueprints and site photos. We started this because we liked seeing things get built from the ground up. It’s dusty work and our shoes are usually pretty dirty by the time we get back to the office in the evening. Sector 63 is a busy place so there is always something going on outside. We handle the paperwork and the bills right here. Sometimes the printer jams and we spend half the morning fixing it, which is just how things go. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just look at the plans and try to follow them as best as we can. Most of our neighbors are other small businesses doing the same thing. We focus on getting the walls up and making sure the roof doesn't leak. It’s a simple way to spend the day and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We like the local area and being part of the noise and the dust.
