Layba Buildtech Private Limited is based in the industrial heart of Noida at B-86, Sector-5. If you’ve ever been to Sector-5, you know it’s filled with small factories and offices, so there’s always something going on. Our place is a simple building that we use to manage our construction and buildtech projects. It’s not a shiny new office, it’s a working space where things actually get done. We have a few desks, some storage for equipment, and a small area for meetings. Most of our day is spent dealing with the technical side of building things. We aren't the kind of people who sit in meetings all day. Usually, someone is heading out to a site while someone else stays back to handle the logistics and the accounts. The traffic in this part of Noida can be pretty bad during rush hour, so we’ve learned to plan our site visits accordingly. We don't have any corporate slogans or a fancy mission statement. We just focus on the building projects we have on our plate. Sometimes things get messy with delays or supply issues, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve been in this area for a while and we know how the local industry works. It’s a lot of hard work, but we enjoy the process of seeing something being built from scratch. We’re just a local crew doing our best to stay busy.
