Our office is situated over at Khasra No-372, which is right near the Aarogya Hospital in Village Milak Lacchi. If you’re familiar with Sector-3 in Greater Noida, you probably know the area. We go by Landmark Developers And Promoters Private Limited. We’ve been working in Gautam Buddh Nagar for a good while now, watching the whole place change as more people move in. It’s a busy spot, especially with the hospital nearby, so there’s always something going on. We handle a lot of the developing and promoting side of things around here. It's not always easy, and some days are definitely longer than others. We spend a lot of time on site or sitting in the office going over maps and papers. Being in Milak Lacchi gives us a good base to reach different parts of Uttar Pradesh. We don't really go for the high-pressure sales stuff. We just talk to people like normal and try to figure out what they need for their land or their buildings. The office is a bit lived-in, but that’s because we’re actually using it every day. Construction and development take a lot of patience. Sometimes things move slow, sometimes they move fast. We just try to keep a steady pace and make sure the work is solid. It’s what we do, and we’ve gotten pretty used to the rhythm of life in Greater Noida.
