You can find us on the second floor of the Eldeco Shopping Mall in Sector 12. Being in a mall is a bit different for a construction company, but it works for us. Our unit is S-12, right there where all the shoppers walk by. It’s funny sometimes because people will poke their heads in thinking we sell clothes or electronics, but then they see the blueprints and the hard hats. We spend our days coordinating with teams out in the field. There is a lot of back and forth with permits and materials. Landbase Constructions has been around for a bit, and we’ve seen the area change quite a lot. We’re just regular folks who understand how buildings go up. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy presentations. Most of our meetings happen over a quick sandwich or a cup of tea while we look at the latest site photos. It gets a bit cramped in here when everyone comes in at once to pick up their pay or drop off reports. But it's a good spot. Sector 12 is always busy, so there is plenty of energy around. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current projects. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We’ve got a couple of old computers and some stacks of paper that we really should organize better one of these days. We keep a few extra chairs in the corner for when contractors visit.
