Our workspace is inside Tower 4U at the Awho complex in Gurjinder Nagar, specifically Flat 1002. It’s pretty high up, so we get a good look at how the Omega sector is growing every day. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of staff. We are just a small group of people who focus on the building and land side of things. Most of our mornings are spent checking on different project updates or talking to contractors. Working out of an apartment like this means we don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just come up to the tenth floor and ring the bell. Usually, the table is covered in blueprints or site plans, and there’s always a pot of coffee going somewhere. We chose this spot because it's right in the middle of where things are happening in this part of town. The Gurjinder Nagar area is always busy, and being in the Awho towers makes us feel connected to the local community. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes we’re just chasing down paperwork or dealing with delays, but we enjoy the process of seeing something get built from the ground up. We don't use any fancy software or big presentations. We just talk honestly about what can be done and what can't. It’s a straightforward way of running things, and it seems to work for the kind of people who come to see us. It's simple enough for us.
