Land Avenue Developers is over in Sector 3 of Noida, specifically at C 8. If you know the area, it’s quite a hub for all sorts of offices and businesses. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just us here working on land development and trying to make things work in a fast-growing city like this. Noida has changed so much lately. Every time you turn around, there is a new building going up or a road being widened. Being right here in Gautam Buddha Nagar, we see it all happening first-hand. Our office is pretty straightforward. We spend a lot of time looking at maps, dealing with permits, and talking to contractors about different plots. It isn't always glamorous work. There is a lot of back-and-forth with the local authorities and making sure everything aligns with the rules. Sometimes the traffic in Sector 3 makes getting to meetings a bit of a headache, but that is just life in the city. We keep our operations simple. We don't have a big PR department or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Some days are long, especially when we are trying to close a deal or finish up some tricky paperwork. It’s a lot of practical stuff, making sure the ground is ready for whatever comes next. We are just local developers trying to stay busy in a competitive market.
