We started Kousikam Builders And Developers Private Limited a while back. Our office is over in Ace City, specifically Flat C-102 in Tower C. If you know Sector 1 in Greater Noida, you probably know the area. It’s busy these days. We deal with building things and developing properties around here. It isn’t always easy work, but we keep at it. Most days you’ll find us at the desk or out checking on how things are moving along at the sites. We decided to set up in Gautam Buddha Nagar because it’s where all the growth is happening right now. It's a decent spot to work from. There’s a lot of paperwork and planning that goes into construction that people don't see. We just try to handle the daily tasks without making a big fuss about it. The address is Plot No. Gh 01, which is easy enough to find if you're driving through. We aren't a massive corporate machine, just some folks trying to get the job done right. Sometimes the weather gets in the way or supplies run late, but that's just part of the reality of being in the building trade in Uttar Pradesh. We've been at this address for a bit now. It suits us fine for what we need to do. We don't spend much on fancy ads, we just focus on the projects we have in front of us.
