Our office for Kopal Buildcon is actually inside a house in Lucknow. We are located at House Number 69B in Nehruvihar, which is in the Kalyanpur area. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels very personal and quiet compared to a downtown office block. Preeti Kumari’s place is where we set up shop to handle the day-to-day operations of our building company. Working from Nehruvihar means we are right in the middle of the community we serve. The streets can be a bit narrow, and parking is sometimes a bit of a puzzle, but we make it work. Inside, it’s just a couple of rooms converted into office space with computers, printers, and a lot of files. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons visiting different sites around Lucknow. The 226022 area is familiar to us, and we like being based here. It’s not a corporate environment; it’s more like a family business atmosphere where things are done with a personal touch. Sometimes you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood—kids playing or someone selling vegetables on the street—while we’re in a meeting. It keeps us grounded. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything, just a quiet place to get the job done. It’s practical and serves our needs perfectly without all the extra overhead of a fancy commercial building. We just focus on the building work and keeping things organized.
