Koniva Tours & Travels is located at P-3/304 in the Krishna Apra Plaza, right in Sector 18. This part of Noida is always buzzing, and our office is right in the middle of it. We spend most of our time looking at flight schedules, hotel bookings, and train tickets. It’s a small office, mostly just desks and computers and a lot of travel brochures that we should probably organize better. People come in looking to go on a holiday or maybe just a quick trip for work. We try to find them something that fits what they need. Sector 18 is a busy place, so there’s always people walking by. Sometimes it gets a bit loud in the plaza, but we’re used to it. We aren't a big travel corporation, just a few of us here trying to make travel plans a bit easier for people. We deal with all the usual headaches like canceled flights or price changes, and we just try to sort it out as best as we can. It’s mostly about being on the phone and checking the screens. We’ve helped a lot of families plan their summer trips over the years. It’s not a perfect science, things go wrong sometimes with the airlines, but we stay here until the job is done.
