We’re usually in boots and jeans because we’re often climbing around construction sites or checking on equipment. We handle the technical side of infrastructure, making sure the plans are followed correctly. It’s a lot of responsibility, and things don't always go exactly as planned. Sometimes a supplier lets us down or the permits take longer than they should. We just deal with it and keep moving. Our team is small, so everyone has to do a bit of everything. One day you might be doing accounts, and the next you’re out measuring a plot of land or talking to workers. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen the area change so much. We aren't a big, polished company. We’re just a group of people who know how to build things and aren't afraid of a bit of hard work. It’s a living, and we take pride in finishing what we start. Most days start early and end late.
