Our setup is over at Factory No. B-41 in Sector-9 of Noida. This part of the city is purely industrial and you can hear the sound of machines and hammers from the moment you arrive in the morning. It’s a busy area in Gautam Buddha Nagar and we fit right in with the other factories on our block. The building is a sturdy factory space where we handle both construction and interior work. It smells a bit like dust and wood shavings most of the time which is just part of the job. We have a small office area tucked away from the main factory floor where we do the planning. It gets pretty hot in Noida during the peak of summer so we have a lot of fans going all day. The workers arrive early to get a head start before the sun is too high. We aren't the type of place that cares about fancy decorations or polished floors since we are always moving materials around. Most of our day is spent making sure the schedules are met and the supplies have arrived at the site. It’s a no-nonsense environment where everyone knows what they have to do. We’ve been in Sector-9 long enough to know the local shop owners and where to get the best snacks in the evening. It’s a hardworking place and we wouldn't have it any other way.
