We are based out of Shri Nand Kishore Village in Dostpur Mangrouli. It is a bit of a different setting compared to the big city offices. Being in a village area like Dostpur Mangrouli means we have a different pace of life, but we still work hard. KAMAADA BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is our name. We focus on buildcon projects which basically means we are always around construction sites. We do not have a big shiny lobby with a receptionist. Usually, you will just find us sitting around a wooden table talking about the next project or looking at some site photos. It is a practical way to run a business. We know the people around here and they know us. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the roads get muddy, but we just keep moving. We do not believe in using big words to describe what we do. We just build things. It involves a lot of coordination with workers and getting materials to the right place at the right time. Some days are better than others. We might have a delay with a supplier or a problem with a machine. We just fix it and move on. That is how we have always done things here in the village. We like the local feel of our workplace. It keeps us grounded and reminds us who we are building for. It is just honest work.
