We work out of the Pavilion Court, specifically Tower 06, over in Jaypee Greens Wish Town. The address is PVC0060304, which sounds complicated but it's really just a spot in Sector-128 of Noida. Working at Kalr Shilp Private Limited involves a lot of design and planning. Since we are inside Wish Town, it’s a bit different from the main city areas. It’s greener and a bit more organized, though the commute can still be a bit of a headache with the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway traffic. Our office has a lot of sunlight, which helps when we are looking at detailed drawings for hours. We are a small team and we’ve been working together for a few years now. Most of our day is spent at our computers or on the phone with suppliers. We try to keep things simple here. There are no corporate hierarchies or long meetings about nothing. We just get our work done and go home to our families. Sometimes we walk down to the little shops nearby to get some snacks or just to stretch our legs. It’s a nice enough place to spend the day. We’ve seen this whole area grow from just empty plots to all these tall buildings and parks. Being part of that change is interesting. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just building things and making sure the designs make sense for the people using them daily.
