Kal Infraventures Private Limited

Kal Infraventures Private Limited is located in Noida, specifically in Sector-63. We are at E-170 on the second floor of the SBL Tower. It’s a busy industrial sector and there is always some kind of noise coming from the street outside. Our office is a working space, filled with blueprints, old files, and a lot of coffee cups. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. We are just a group of people who focus on the technical side of infrastructure. Most of our time isn't actually spent in the office; we are usually out at different sites around Gautam Buddha Nagar. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the sector, but we don't spend much time looking out the window. There is always a list of things to do and problems to solve. We don't use a lot of flowery language to describe our work. It’s hard, dusty work that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes the timelines don't work out because of things we can't control, like the rain or material shortages. We just try to be honest about it and keep our clients informed. We have been in Noida for a long time and we understand how things operate here. It’s a simple, straightforward operation. We don't have any interest in sounding like a big corporate firm. We just want to get the projects finished properly.
