You can find us at House Number 12, near the Kasana Chowk in Sirsa, which is part of Greater Noida. Jsk Builders Llp is basically a few of us who decided to get into the building trade because we saw how much growth was happening in this part of Gautam Buddha Nagar. It’s a busy area now, but it used to be much quieter. Our office is just a regular house where we keep all our gear and talk about the projects we have going on. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just seeing us out on a job or hearing about us from a neighbor. We spend a lot of time driving between sites and checking on materials. The traffic around Kasana Chowk can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes, but we manage. We aren't the type of people to sit behind a desk all day. We would much rather be out where the actual building is happening. Construction is messy and loud, and that’s exactly how we like it. We use simple tools and traditional methods mostly, because they work well for the ground here. Sometimes we run into problems with the soil or the weather, but we just figure it out as we go. We are just local people trying to earn a living by building things that last in our corner of Uttar Pradesh. It is hard work but we enjoy it.
