JSF Housing Infrastructure Private Limited is tucked away in 113 FF Alpha -1 at Neelkanth Plaza. If you’ve walked through Greater Noida, you might have passed by Neelkanth Plaza without noticing our little spot on the first floor. It’s a busy area in Gautam Buddha Nagar, and there’s always people moving around the plaza. Our office is pretty small, but it’s where all the hard work happens. We deal with housing infrastructure, which sounds complicated but mostly means we spend a lot of time making sure people have good places to live. We’re not a huge team, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day you might be filing papers and the next you’re out looking at a new construction site. Being in Alpha -1 is handy because everything we need is close by. We’ve got the shops and the other businesses right there. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the plaza traffic, but we don't mind. It feels like we’re part of the local life. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have a calendar with deadlines and a lot of half-empty tea cups. We just focus on getting the housing projects finished so people can move in. It’s practical, everyday work and we just keep plugging away at it.
