Jolly Buildtech Private Limited is located at E-130 in Jalvayu Vihar. It’s a decent spot in Sector-21, Noida. We’ve been here for some time. The office is pretty lived-in. There are coffee stains on some of the blueprints and the printer jams once a week. We don't mind it much. It feels like home. Being in Gautam Buddha Nagar means we’re surrounded by construction, but we try to stay focused on our own small patch. We aren't big-time executives. We’re the kind of people who go out to the site and get our shoes ruined in the mud. Sometimes we disagree about how a wall should go up or which supplier to use, but we work it out. It’s all very practical. We don’t do those flashy presentations with 3D graphics. We mostly just use a pencil and paper to explain things. People seem to appreciate that. We know the 201301 area well. We’ve seen the roads change and the buildings go up. It’s a lot of work to keep a small business going these days. You have to watch every penny and make sure the workers are actually showing up on time. We don't have all the answers, but we’ve been around long enough to know what usually goes wrong and how to fix it before it gets expensive. It’s just us doing the work as it comes and trying to stay on top of things.
