Jewar Constructions Llp

We are based over in Moh. Kanoon Goyan, which is one of those busy, older parts of the neighborhood where everyone seems to know each other. Jewar Constructions Llp has been operating out of this small office for a bit now. Most days, it is just a few of us sitting around desks that are usually piled high with site maps, dusty blueprints, and half-empty tea cups. The street outside is narrow, so you can always hear the sound of scooters and people shouting to each other throughout the day. It gets pretty loud, especially in the afternoons when the market nearby is full. We spend a lot of our time either on the phone talking to site workers or driving out to different spots to see how the actual building work is going. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular room with a fan that clicks and some old metal cupboards for the files. We don't really go for anything fancy or polished here. It is more about getting the daily tasks done and making sure the supplies show up where they are supposed to. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just keep working by the windows. People from the area stop by sometimes just to say hello or ask about some work they saw us doing. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss or complicated talk. It's a simple way of working.
