We run Jay Shri Bhhoomi Homes Developers Private Limited from our place at E 386 in Eta 1. It is a quiet residential kind of area, which suits us just fine. We aren't big on having a loud presence in the middle of a commercial hub. Instead, we focus on the homes we are trying to develop. Most of our work involves looking at land and figuring out how to make it livable for families. It is a lot of back and forth with different departments and making sure all the papers are right. We have been doing this for a while now. The name is a bit of a mouthful, but we just think of ourselves as local developers. We do not have a huge staff at all. It is mostly just us handling everything from the ground up. Eta 1 is a good spot because it is growing, and we like being part of that growth. Sometimes the work is slow, especially when we are waiting on approvals, but that is just how this business goes. We spend our days making calls and visiting sites to see how the progress is coming along. It is not a glamorous job, but it is honest work. We just want to build things that stay standing and make sense for the people living in them. It is a simple goal for a small team like ours.
