We have been working out of Sector 142 in Noida for a while now. Our office is up on the 6th floor of Tower A1 in the Corporate Park. It is office number 608A. Most days we are just busy with the daily grind of development projects. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls to be honest. The view from the 6th floor is okay but we spend more time looking at blueprints. This part of Noida has changed so much lately. We see the new buildings going up all around us every month. Being at Plot No-7A1 puts us right in the middle of all the noise and activity. It is just a small team here at Janak Nandani Developers Private Limited. We aren't trying to be anything fancy or high-end. We just show up and get the work done. Sometimes the elevators in Tower A1 are slow but we manage to get by. If you are looking for us, we are usually here from early morning until the evening. We handle the usual stuff that comes with property development. It is not always easy but it keeps us busy. Dealing with local regulations and land takes up most of our energy. We just try to stay organized and keep things moving forward. Life in Block A is pretty fast-paced but we have our own rhythm. That is basically what we do every day.
