JAMUWAI INFRAHOUSING PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office for Jamuwai Infrahousing Private Limited is located over in Gomti Nagar Extension, specifically at Flat Number 15 22 in Block C of the Sulabh Awash area. It’s a regular residential block, so it feels more like a home than a corporate building. We like it that way because it keeps things quiet enough for us to focus on the housing projects we are managing. Working out of Sector 6 means we are right where a lot of the new building is happening in Lucknow. We spend most of our mornings going through records and talking to the people who are looking for a place to live. It’s not always easy keeping everything organized when you have so many different papers and maps lying around. We’ve had some long days where we stay late just to finish up the week's planning. The lift in the building is sometimes a bit slow, but we don't mind the stairs too much. We focus on the practical side of infrahousing, which means a lot of talk about bricks, cement, and local regulations. It’s a lot of mundane stuff that keeps the business moving. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just build and manage housing. That’s about it. Most of us have lived in Uttar Pradesh our whole lives, so we understand how things work around here and how long things actually take to get done.
