Our office is up on the second floor of Corporate Chamber-1 in Vibhuti Khand. It’s right in the heart of Gomti Nagar, so there is always a lot going on outside. Inception Buildtech started because we saw a lot of ways construction could be handled more practically. We aren't into those big fancy presentations. Instead, we keep our desks covered in blueprints and technical drawings. The office can get a little messy when we have several projects going on at once, but we know where everything is. Gomti Nagar is a busy hub, and being here keeps us close to the action. We have a small team that handles the engineering and the tech side of things. It’s not just about bricks and mortar for us; we look at the logistics and the planning quite closely. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we end up taking the stairs, which keeps us moving. We don't spend much on decorating the office because we'd rather put that money into the equipment we use on site. People come by to discuss their building needs, and we just give them the facts. No fluff or sales talk. We’ve been through the ups and downs of the building industry and learned a lot along the way. It’s hard work, but seeing a project go from a drawing to a real building is a good feeling. We just take it one day at a time here. It is a messy business, but we enjoy the challenge.
