Hsb Constructions Private Limited

We are located in Chandigarh, specifically at D-15 in the Uppal Marble Arch area of Sector 13. It’s a decent spot for a construction office. We have enough space to keep our samples of tiles and marble slabs. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and site photos. Sector 13 is easy to get to, so we can reach our different project sites across the city without too much trouble. Our days are mostly spent coordinating between the clients and the workers. Construction is a messy business, so we are always dealing with dust, noise, and delays. We don't use much marketing talk. We just focus on getting the structures built. The office gets quite busy in the afternoons when the site supervisors come in to report. We sit around the table, have some tea, and go over what needs to be done for the next day. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. We don't have any corporate layers. If there is a problem at a site, one of us just goes down there and sorts it out. Sometimes the supply of marble is slow, or the weather doesn't cooperate, but we just work through it. It’s about being reliable and making sure the work is solid by the time we finish a project. We usually close up late once the last report is filed.
