Our office is located in Sector 62, quite close to the Baba Balak Nath Mandir. We handle two main things here: human resources and marketing. It’s a mix of paperwork and trying to figure out how to get the word out for different projects. The office at C-66 A/5 is where we spend most of our time. It’s a pretty standard workspace, nothing too flashy. We deal with hiring, payroll stuff, and then switch over to marketing tasks when those come up. It keeps things interesting because no two days are really the same. Sometimes we're looking through resumes for hours, and other times we're looking at ad numbers. Noida’s business scene is always moving, so there’s plenty to keep us busy. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, we just do our job and help out where we can. People usually drop by if they’re in the neighborhood or looking for work. We try to keep it simple and honest with everyone who walks through the door. It’s just us here, working through the daily tasks and making sure the basics are covered. Being near the temple is a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before. We just take it one day at a time, handling the recruitment side of things and the marketing needs that land on our desks. It is a lot of hard work, but we have a good routine down now after being in Sector 62 for so long.
