Hot & Sour

We’re situated in Block 1 of Sector 29, near the Ganga Shopping Complex. The Botanical Garden metro isn't too far away either, so we get people coming from there too. Noida has a lot of big malls, but we’re just a small spot tucked away in this block. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us by name. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main roads. We serve a bit of everything, mostly stuff that people like to eat for lunch or a quick dinner. The shop is small, so we mostly do takeaways, but some people stand and eat near the counter. We don't have a lot of decorations. Just some menus on the wall and a few shelves. The guys in the kitchen are hardworking and they’ve been with me since we opened. We buy our vegetables from the local market every morning. It’s important to me that everything is fresh. We don't use any complicated recipes, just what we know works. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the summer, but we just keep going as best as we can. It’s a humble place. We don't try to be anything we’re not. If you’re around Sector 29 and hungry, you’ll probably find us easily enough near the shopping complex. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the orders. It’s a busy day every day and we like it.
