Hielos Developers India Private Limited has its main office at H-015 in Beta-2, Greater Noida. This is over in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. Beta-2 is a pretty well-laid-out area compared to some of the other more crowded parts of the region. The roads here are wider and there is a bit more space for everyone to breathe. We work on developing different types of properties in the local area. Our day usually starts pretty early in the morning before the sun gets too hot to handle. We have a lot of meetings with contractors and architects in our small office. It’s a pretty basic setup with just a few desks and some plastic chairs for our visitors. Greater Noida always seems to be under construction lately. There is always a lot of dust in the air from all the new projects going up nearby. We try to keep our own projects organized, but there is always some small crisis we have to deal with. Maybe a truck carrying sand is stuck or a specific permit is being delayed at the office. That’s just the way it goes with construction here. We are just regular people trying to do a good job. We don’t use any of that polished corporate talk because it doesn’t help us get the walls built any faster. We know the local area well and we spend a lot of time on the ground.
