Harjit Infrastructure and Engineering Private Limited is situated at Plot No-53C, Block-W in Sector-11, Noida. Being in Noida means we are surrounded by a lot of industry and constant building. Our focus is on the infrastructure and engineering side of things. It’s a lot of technical work mixed with heavy lifting. Our office in Sector-11 is usually a mess of cables, drawings, and coffee cups. Engineering sounds grand, but mostly it’s about solving very specific, annoying problems on a construction site. We spend a lot of time checking levels and making sure the steel reinforcement is where it should be. The dust in Noida is constant, and so is the sound of machinery. We aren't interested in sounding corporate. We are more comfortable in our work clothes than in suits. Dealing with suppliers, managing the work crews, and trying to stay on schedule takes up all our time. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or equipment that just won't start in the morning. We just deal with it. We’ve got a solid team of people who know how to handle a shovel and a surveyor’s tool. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s what we know. We’re just a group of engineers and builders trying to get things done in Gautam Buddha Nagar.
