H M Constech Private Limited is based over at D-69 in Sector-10. We’re right here in Gautam Buddha Nagar, which is always a busy place to be. We’ve been working out of this office for some time now. It’s a simple space, nothing too elaborate, just enough room for the desks and the files we need. Our day-to-day usually involves a lot of coordinating between different sites and making sure the materials are moving. We don't really go for the polished, corporate look. We’re more the type to have muddy boots and a lot of pens that don't always work. The heat in GB Nagar can be tough during the summer, but we just keep at it. We’ve handled a fair amount of construction and tech projects in the area. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the job done without too much fuss. Sometimes things get delayed or a supplier lets us down, but we just figure it out. That’s how it works when you’re actually on the ground. We don't have a big team of people to answer the phones, so you’re usually talking to someone who’s actually involved in the work. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but it’s an honest way to earn a living in the sector. You learn to deal with the traffic and the red tape as it comes.
