Gyaandyuti Nirman is located in Jal Vayu Vihar, over in Pocket-P4 of Dadri. Our office address is A 028, which is pretty easy to find if you know the area. Being in Gautam Buddha Nagar gives us a lot of opportunities because things are expanding so fast here. We focus on nirman, which is construction, and we’ve been doing this for a bit now. It is a small team, mostly just a few engineers and some supervisors who know the ground reality of building in Dadri. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big marketing department. Usually, it's just us meeting people and discussing what they need for their plots or local developments. The traffic in this part of Uttar Pradesh can be a headache, so we try to keep our projects close to home if we can. Sometimes we are working on small housing projects and other times it's just helping out with renovations. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that people in the neighborhood can trust to show up. Our paperwork is kept in a few folders in the back room and we spend most of our budget on tools and materials rather than office decor. It gets loud and messy sometimes, but that’s construction for you. We just want to do decent work and get home to our families at the end of the day.
