Gulal Restaurant

Our restaurant is over in the Alpha 1st Commercial Belt in Greater Noida. We have shops number 16 and 17 inside the Harsha Mall. It’s a bit tucked away behind the Kotak Mahindra Bank, so you have to look for us a little bit. Noida is full of these big commercial areas and malls, and we are just one small part of that. The mall can be a bit echoey on slow days, but it usually picks up in the evenings when people are out shopping. We spend a lot of time just waiting for the lunch rush to start. The kitchen isn't huge, but we make it work with what we have. Most of the people who eat here are office workers from nearby or families visiting the mall. It’s not a place where you come for a fancy five-course meal. It’s more of a place where you grab something quick and keep moving. We try to keep the tables wiped down and the water pitchers full. Sometimes the air conditioning in the mall acts up, and it gets a bit stuffy, but that’s just part of being in a big building like this. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. It’s just us and our small menu. We have been in the 201310 area for a bit now and have gotten used to the pace of Greater Noida. It’s busy, it’s loud, and it’s where we do our thing.
